Each and every item is handmade upon order, which means you will receive a unique item because no two are exactly alike. There are multiple tumbler and cup options available as well as multiple rhinestone colors! To request a custom item or color that is not listed on our website please email email@example.com for more information.
RHINESTONE TEMPLATES/TRANSFERS & APPAREL:
Please allow up to 24-48 business hours after receipt of your payment for your order to be processed.You will be notified by email once your item has shipped. A USPS or UPS tracking number will be provided. Please check your spam folder.
There are two shipping options:
1) USPS Priority Mail: 5 - 6 business days
2) USPS First Class Mail: 7 - 10 business days

CUSTOM TUMBLERS AND CUPS
Please allow up to 24 hours after receipt of your payment for your order to be processed and production of your custom item to begin. You will be notified by email once your item has shipped. A USPS tracking will be provided. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for custom tumbler orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 5 day return policy on physical products. If it has been more than 5 days since you received your order unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.
ALL CUSTOM MADE TUMBLERS, CUPS, AND DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
In a situation that an item is defective or damaged please email email@example.com so we can provide you with an order number. We suggest sending item(s) back with a tracking number via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Once your item is inspected we will notify you by email if your exchange or refund has been approved.
